Canada Day at Riverside Park

Canada Day will kick off with the Lions Club pancake breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 am. Canada Day ceremonies will officially take place at the Riverside Park Rotary Bandshell at 11:00 am. Afterwards, spend the day discovering local artisans, enjoying multicultural food, cooling off in the beer garden, checking out the new spray park and accessible playground, and taking in a wide range of performances at the Riverside Park Rotary Bandshell. The day will wrap up with a stunning fireworks display at dusk (approximately 9:30 pm), weather pending.Residents are encouraged to reduce the landfill waste generated by this event. With the support of the TRU Sustainability Office, has volunteered to operate compost, plastic, paper, and waste recycling stations in the park. We encourage you to bring your own tote bags for your purchases at the Art in the Park event.
