KAMLOOPS – The City of Kamloops is seeking three members, one from the development sector and two from the general public, who are interested in serving on a voluntary basis on the Tranquille Road Beautification/Enhancement and Gateway Task Force. The term of the Task Force is anticipated to be for approximately one year. Meetings will be held in the evening and no more than once a month.
The purpose of the Task Force is to evaluate and prioritize options and to make recommendations to Council regarding short and long term beautification opportunities as well as potential funding strategies and partnerships. Once the recommendations have been presented to Council the task force will dissolve.
