
Trans-Canada Highway closed near Revelstoke due to flooding
Highway 1 is closed in both directions this morning after a flooding incident, according to the Ministry of Transportation.
The flooding of the road occurred between Woods OH Bridge and Summit Lake OH bridge, roughly 15 kilometres west of Revelstoke, at roughly 9 a.m. today, July 2.
Highway crews are on scene and an assessment is in progress, according to Drive BC.
There is currently no estimated time for reopening, according to Drive BC.
