PENTICTON – The fourth vehicle stolen from Penticton Toyota on Jan. 14 has been recovered and returned to the dealership.
The bronze 2014 Toyota Tundra, the last of the four to be recovered, was found in a dense wooded area in Lake Country Friday afternoon. Kelowna RCMP received a tip about the pickup and found it undamaged Penticton RCMP Sgt. Rick Dellebuur said.
The Tundra will join the three other vehicles, a gray 2014 Toyota 4-Runner and two 2014 Toyota RAV4s, back at the Penticton dealership.
The first, the black RAV4 was found in a Penticton parking lot on Jan. 21. It still had dealer stickers on the window. The gray Toyota 4-Runner was found last Wednesday in a Kelowna parking lot. The blue RAV4 was located in a Kelowna parking lot on Friday.
All vehicles appeared to be undamaged. No arrests have been made at this time, however Penticton RCMP are continuing to follow-up on information in the hopes that arrests will soon be made.
