Looking for a forever home; Vernon SPCA pet of the week

Lily is a beautiful young girl who was surrendered to the Vernon B.C. SPCA shelter because she was not adjusting in her previous home. She is quite shy and reserved with new people but warms up to gentle handling. Her previous owner said that she is good with cats but actually prefers the company of friendly dogs.

Lily is looking for a home that is low activity and can provide a calm and consistent routine. A home with out too many other animals or children would be the best environment for this shy girl. Despite her shy nature Lily is actually very playful and silly, she will entertain herself for hours chasing around toy mice.

If Lily sounds like a good match for you please inquire with the staff at the Vernon branch of the B.C. SPCA for details. Her Animal ID number is 357324.
