A Celebration of Life for Delores Mori, our dear friend and long-time jazz club supporter, volunteer, and voracious patron of the local arts scene, will take place Sunday, Oct 5, 1 pm at Song Sparrow Hall. Mark your calendars. A gathering of story and music will take place, just like Delores would want.

Salmon Arm Jazz Club
We are a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to hosting jazz performances by local and visiting artists. In operation since 2009, the Jazz Club currently hosts bi-monthly shows from September through June.

WELCOME TO SONG SPARROW HALL Bringing people together in an ecologically-minded creative space Song Sparrow Hall is a 235 person capacity concert hall and multi-use facility located in the historic Newnes Building in downtown Salmon Arm, BC. We have crafted a beautiful space made for performing arts, celebration, & sharing ideas. We partner with existing arts organizations in the Shuswap to present vibrant cultural events. We offer specialized rooms and equipment, featuring a state-of-the-art acoustically designed hall and sound system with interactive LED lighting. We welcome active community involvement by groups and individuals seeking to present innovative events. We strive to make sustainable facility and programming decisions that are respectful of the whole community within the watershed that we inhabit.
