Kelowna gets festive with Halloween house displays

The spirit of Halloween in alive in Kelowna neighbourhoods with numerous residents lighting up their properties with festive Halloween displays.

Members of the community can walk or drive around the city taking in the elaborate decorations and spooky staged exhibits.
