The holiday season can be especially difficult for those who are grieving. While the world around us celebrates togetherness, many are coping with the absence of someone they love. North Okanagan Hospice Society’s Holiday Transitions is a supportive gathering designed to help individuals and families navigate this tender time with care and understanding.
This gentle, guided session offers a space to share stories, explore memories, and learn ways to honour loved ones during the holidays. Participants will be invited to reflect, connect, and find meaning amid loss, while discovering that healing and hope can still be part of the season.
Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome.
Come as you are, with your grief, your love, and your memories.
