The South Okanagan Fire & Ice Festival is filled with tons of amazing events for foodies and fun-seekers alike! Throughout the festival, there will be free and ticketed events including plenty of family-friendly happenings throughout both the Oliver and Osoyoos communities.

FEATURE EVENTS
Oliver Community Light Up & Fireworks Celebration — November 28th — 4:00 to 9:00 pm — Free
Locations: Town Hall, Triangle Park, Main Street, Oliver Visitor Centre & Centennial Park
Festivities Begin at 4:00 PM From 4:00–6:30 PM, stroll through downtown Oliver as Highway 97 closes to traffic, making way for twinkling lights, live entertainment, and special holiday offers from your favourite local shops.
Light-Up Ceremony at Town Hall 6:00 PM: Santa Arrives,welcome him to downtown Oliver!6:15 PM: Oliver Elementary School Choir performs holiday favourites.6:30 PM: Countdown to flipping the official Light-Up Oliver switch, watch the heart of Oliver glow!
Evening Festivities (6:30–9:00 PM) Oliver Light-Up Market: Shop from 20+ local artisans, crafters, and small businesses offering one-night-only holiday treasures.
Beverage Garden Hosted By: Firehall Brewery Oliver Osoyoos Wine Association District Wine Village Wards Wine Country Kitchen Arterra Wines
Plus, delicious eats from local food trucks and pop-up vendors!

Community Giving Spread the holiday spirit by bringing a donation for the Oliver Food Bank or the Christmas Children’s Hamper. Drop-offs open at the Oliver Visitor Centre starting at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 28. Every gift helps make the season brighter for local families.
Celebrate the Magic of the Season Gather your loved ones and experience the warmth, joy, and wonder of the Light-Up Oliver & Fireworks Celebration. It’s a night filled with twinkling lights, smiling faces, and community pride and you’re invited!
