RCMP looking for help identifying West Kelowna winery arson suspects

Investigators looking into an arson fire at a West Kelowna winery early Wednesday morning are asking for help from the public.

Emergency crews were called to the Frind Estate Winery on Boucherie Road at around 3:57 a.m., Feb. 4, according to an RCMP media release.

Two suspects were caught on CCTV surveillance near the loading back pouring an accelerant and lighting it on fire, RCMP said.

The main building wasn’t damaged and no one was hurt as firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.

Police have released images of the suspects in the hope someone recognizes them.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880 or Crime Stoppers at 1800-222-8477 and reference West Kelowna RCMP file 2026-6985.
