An organized crime group dealing drugs and selling guns has suffered a setback following a series of busts in the Okanagan.
The investigation began in 2024 and ended in December 2025 with four arrests and the seizure of drugs, cash, illegal tobacco and firearms, according to a RCMP Federal Policing Pacific Region media release issued today, March 12.
Officers executed search warrants on two vehicles and three homes in Kelowna and Penticton, RCMP said.
Police seized 29 kilograms of methamphetamine, 18 kg of cocaine, 4 kg of fentanyl, 8,500 Xanax pills, 50.5 litres of GHB, $240,000 in cash, various small amounts of other drugs, five cartons of unstamped tobacco, a stolen rifle and a handgun.
The four suspects arrested and released as the investigation continues.
“This enforcement action represents a significant disruption to an organized crime group trafficking illicit drugs in the Southeast District, removing a significant quantity of dangerous drugs and firearms from our communities,” Kelowna RCMP Sgt. Trent Marshall said in the release.
