She points to one familiar face in particular. “Stephanie had been with the original Ricky’s restaurant here in the hotel since the start, and we’re so fortunate she stayed on with us.”

Having experienced staff members like Stephanie has helped the transition feel seamless for longtime guests, too. Many returning diners still stop in specifically to see their favourite server, creating a warm, familiar atmosphere that makes the restaurant feel instantly established.
