Rock the Lake is highly anticipated every year, and it did not disappoint this past weekend.
Thousands of fans gathered in the Prospera Place parking lot to see the shows, but folks around downtown Kelowna could hear the tunes echo through the streets.

“Rock The Lake is Kelowna’s premier summer rock festival, uniting fans of all ages for a proudly Canadian celebration in the heart of our sunny downtown. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Okanagan Valley,” the festival said in a statement.
The lineup included April Wine, Glass Tiger, The Hip Replacements, Alexisonfire, Finger Eleven, Classified, Freeze The Fall, Cameron Whitcomb, Default, Hailey Benedict and Rise Overrun.

Rock the Lake launched in 2016 as a classic rock weekend, but this year there were some artists who broke the mould like Classified who brought hip-hop to the festival.
Early bird tickets for Rock the Lake 2027 are already on sale for $203 before the lineup has been announced.
