A correction to a Canadian Press story about Jongwon Ham

On Tuesday, June 14, The Canadian Press published a story about murder suspect Jongwon Ham. It included a partial quote from Crown lawyer Gerri-Lyn Nelson that was inaccurate. In the correct version of the partial quote, Nelson said evidence presented to a B.C. Review Board hearing could be seen as “rebutting the presumption of unfitness on the balance of probabilities.” The story also included a remark that psychiatrist Mandeep Saini attributed to Ham that has been removed to comply with a publication ban.
