TRENDING NOW: First helicopter flight, on another planet

The flight of a helicopter on Mars today is being compared to the historic Wright Brothers flight in 1903.

NASA said the launch of the experimental mini helicopter called Ingenuity was the first powered, controlled flight on another planet.

Fun Fact: Ingenuity carried a piece of wing fabric from the Wright Flyer that made history in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina over a century ago.
