For $7 million, or thereabouts, a buyer gets no fewer than seven bathrooms, spread out over 4,000 square feet per floor connected by a spiral staircase.

“Just picture your horses or future vineyard here,” the REMAX Priscilla ad says, boasting about the fenced 25 acres that the home sits on.

Located at the end of Bech Row Road, with 180-degree south-facing views of Okanagan Lake, the house is perched on a hill at the end of a lengthy driveway.

The ad says the timber frame ranch-style home blends “seamlessly with the landscape” and features impressive timbers and natural stone.

“Walls of glass and hardwood floors set the stage for exquisite lighting, custom kitchen with Wolfe and Subzero appliances, and stunning RH chandeliers and fixtures,” the ad reads. There’s even a chandelier above a free-standing bathtub.

There are five bedrooms, with four full baths and three half baths, along with a custom office, media room, wet bar, sauna and “massive” games and entertaining spaces. There’s custom cabinetry, surround sound, cameras and security.

No pool, but there are plans to build one off the huge deck.

Heated floors will keep you warm during the Okanagan winter, but if you plan to miss winter and head south, there is a three-bay deluxe drive-through shop featuring a 50-amp hookup to store your RV in.

With 20% down your looking at a mortgage in the range of $30,000 a month, and don’t forget property taxes, which will set you back $24,400 a year.
