Annual traffic signal washing and maintenance

Beginning Monday, May 5, and lasting until Friday, June 27, traffic signal technicians will begin annual signal washing maintenance from 7:30 am to 4 pm. During this time, all intersections within Vernon, except for those on Highway 97 and Highway 6, will be occupied by the signal technicians for short durations to clean signal LEDs. The City of Vernon thanks the public for being patient, slowing down and using care when approaching an intersection occupied by City technicians.
