KELOWNA – The Cherry Blossom Triathlon will be held on Sunday, May 3. To safely accommodate the event’s participants, one northbound lane on Gordon Drive from Lequime Road to Casorso Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Motorists will need to watch for athletes along the route, specifically around the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, along Gordon Drive, Casorso Road and Swamp Road.

Traffic control personnel and RCMP will be visible to direct traffic. Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly to avoid delays.

A portion of the parking lot in front of H2O will be closed to accommodate the transition area and finish line.
