Humour writer reads at North Kamloops Library

KAMLOOPS –  The Thompson-Nicola Regional District’s Library System is hosting a reading and workshop by B.C. author Neil McKinnon, seen at right, called Humour for the Serious, at the North Kamloops Library on Wednesday, May 6, 7 p.m.

McKinnon is an alumnus of the Writing with Style program at the Banff Centre and has been
shortlisted for the Stephen Leacock Award for humour and for the Alberta Book Award for short
fiction. He has also served on literary juries and edited and published academically.

The event is free but sign-up is recommended. Please contact the library at 250-554-1124 to reserve a spot.
