2020 CORE Program

Get your Hunting License this year! The Southern Okanagan Sportsmen’s Association is offering their annual CORE program with Sign Up on Sunday March 8th, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Clubhouse. Our programming is the most comprehensive and ideal for anyone who is interested in learning more about the outdoors in British Columbia including Wildlife Identification, Comprehensive First Aid, Outdoor Survival, Firearms Safety and Education, Live Shooting Seminars and most importantly, Ethics. Completion of the course will involve a final examination that will lead students to obtaining their Conservation Outdoor Recreation Education (CORE) certificate that will allow you to obtain your British Columbia Hunting License. The Course will include 8 nights of Education Seminars and a Final Examination Night Spreading over the immediate proceeding 3 weeks (Mondays 7-9PM), Wednesdays 7-9PM, Thursdays 7-9PM).
