2nd Annual Rise for Rase Yoga Barre Fusion Class

On Feb 24th, let’s show our support for International Rare Disease Day! We are moving for two local heroes, 11 year old Jude Mitton who lives with the fatal diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy and 10 year Jack Gauthier who lives with the ultra rare disease ASH1L, among many other Canadians who need our help!
Take 60mins to reset your body and mind with the Mash Movement and Movement Collective in this all-levels barre yoga fusion class. Follow this with a fresh mimosa and bites from Mittz and Co!
Class: 9:30-10:30 am at the new Yew Street Food Hall
Cost : $30 includes workout, drink, and $15 Mittz & Co credit to apply towards brunch.
