On Saturday, September 16, at 7:30 PM, in Kamloops United Church, 4th and St. Paul, the Chamber Musicians of Kamloops present A Falon, a Storm, or a Great Song. Performers will be Sycamore String Quartet – Cvetozar Vutev (violin), Sandra Wilmot (violin), Ashley Kroecher (viola) and Martin Kratky (cello), with special guest Sally Arai (clarinet). The program will feature two significant chamber music compositions of the renowned Latvian-born and Vernon, B.C.- based Canadian composer Imant Raminsh in celebration of his 80th birthday: String Quartet #1 (2003) and Quintet for Clarinet and String Quartet (2022).
