Adult BIG Night Out: The Science of Wine

This unique, after-hours event promises an evening where the mysteries of viticulture, the chemistry behind the art of winemaking, and the sensory science of wine tasting will be uncorked. As the sun sets over Kamloops, the Science Centre will transform into a venue for oenophiles and novices alike, while offering a new lens through which to view our captivating exhibits. Wine maker Galen Barnhardt, MSc, AAg, will enlighten guests on the sustainable practices of grape growing and winemaking, with a curated selection of wine tasting.
