Whether you are an older adult, a young adult, a caregiver, or someone interested in learning more about the healthy aging resources available in our community, you are encouraged you to attend this informative event. The Expo will feature 30+ vendors, offering information about health, financial, legal, and physical-care services and products available in Vernon and area.
The Aging Well Expo is open to the public with free admission.

Nexus Community Resource Centre
Established in 1988, NexusBC Community Resource Centre is a community-based, non-profit and charitable organization. We offer programs, projects and services that serve and support seniors, vulnerable adults, job seekers, newcomers to Canada, and volunteers. Our mission is to connect people with resources that support a healthy community, and we strive to be the premiere resource organization for those we serve.
Venue
The Recreation Centre is home to a wide variety of facilities, from the Aquatic Centre, Fitness Gym, Creekside Conference Centre, Dogwood Gym and the Halina Senior Citizens Centre. The Recreation Centre is owned and operated by the City of Vernon with financial support from our area neighbours the District of Coldstream, Area B and Area C. The Recreation Centre is located on the Vernon Recreation Complex at 3310 – 37 Avenue (access via 35 or 39 Avenue from Highway 97).
