Angry Alan is a dark, satirical, one-man play by Penelope Skinner, exploring Roger’s journey down the digital rabbit hole of the Manosphere, and how far he's willing to go for validation in a world where everybody's changing the rules. Feeling left behind, he stumbles into the world of a men's rights online influencer known as Angry Alan, where he finds the validation and sense of meaning his life has been missing. Equal parts disarming comedy and urgent drama, Angry Alan explores modern masculinity, gender politics, and how vulnerability gets exploited in the social media era. Venue
