Barre Empower Woman’s Day Event

On March 8th we are coming TOGETHER to EMPOWER, CELEBRATE & SUPPORT! This is a free event and all you need to do is sign up, show up, bring a friend, sweat and inspire! How? Attend 1 hour of a different kind of Barre EMPOWER class with Megan & Mirela followed by 30 min Woman’s Talk (“Real Woman/Real Stories”)Write 1 Note on our Women Empowerment Wall (Barresoul will donate $10 dollars for each note to Elizabeth Fry Society in Kelowna)Share your experience via social media channel (Barresoul will donate additional $2 for each insta post/story)When?
