Baths By Design presents Comedy for a Cause for Kacey Gulbransen

Baths by Design is honoured to present Comedy for Cause for Kacey Gulbransen. This night of laughs will feature Kelowna Comedy’s top comics and will be hosted by Dave Kopp! Dave is the founder of the Kelowna Comedy Festival and has performed on Just For Laughs Northwest and across Western Canada. The comics he has selected for this show are hilarious and have headlined and featured on festivals, TV shows, and tours across Canada. Our generous sponsor allows us to donate 100% of the ticket sales to Kacey Gulbransen. Here is a message from her father:Me and my wife have had the pleasure of having Kacey in our life since she was six months old. Kacey was diagnosed with (ERMS) Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma at 2.5 years old in July 2019. Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare and aggressive form of cancer. It is treated with multi-drug chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Kacey will receive treatment at the B.C. Children’s Hospital. The 5 year survival rate is approximately 70%. The oncology team at the BC Children’s hospital expect Kacey’s treatment to take the better part of a year. Kacey will be staying at the Ronald Macdonald house with her mom. While myself and two sons travel back and forth to kelowna for work and school. It’s going to be a tough road ahead but she’s a tough little girl and has lots of love backing her up.
