Beyond Boundaries

If you are already on the path of self discovery, in leadership, or at a cross road with the current journey you are in and need clarity, this 4 week program will bring insights and create impact assisting you in overcoming one of the largest obstacles layered throughout our life, boundaries.Do you feel that you have difficulty speaking your truth, being heard, making decisions and sticking to them, bringing your energy up to assert yourself, or the entire opposite? Do you have no filter, come across abrupt, make quick decisions that can be viewed as reckless? Then this is for you!This is an equine guided program, previous horse experience is not required. Benefits of working with horsesHorses are non-judgmental, have no preconceived expectations or motives, and are highly effective at mirroring attitudes and behaviours of the humans with whom they are working.While working with horses under guidance, you will have a unique and effective opportunity to notice tendency to engage in self-defeating or negative thoughts and actions.
