Presenting a group of seniors who love music, specifically playing recorders! These instruments range from the tiny sopranino to the soprano, alto, tenor, bass and contrabass. The Okanagan Recorder Orchestra (the only one in Canada!) is performing at St. Michaels Cathedral on Sutherland on May 14 at 7 pm. The concert is entitled “Blowin’ Away” and you’ll be blown away by this group’s virtuosity and enthusiastic performance! Special guest will be the vocal group Opus 3. Admission by donation.
