Canyon Falls Middle School Winter Market

On the day of the event we will have over 60 local vendors in our gym. This event is special in that it will showcase student entrepreneurs from the school and we have Santa Mark there to take photos with families. The Bone Yard BBQ Food Truck will be out front and there are beverages and snacks available in the school servery. We are also going to have the privilege of having our Indigenous Student Advocate, Rubina Waterhouse, do a traditional welcome to the territory and talk about Syilx Winter Gathering and how our winter market is similar to the traditional winter gathering to prepare for winter and family time.
Entrance to the market will be by donation.
Remember to bring cash as some of the vendors including all of the students do not have debit machines.
All funds raised by the CMS PAC provide additional financial support to further the school’s many objectives and to offer events and activities that contribute to the spirit and community of the school. This year we are raising funds to support more books for the library, instruments for our music department, equipment for our foods and arts departments including supporting our Kitchen Brigades program and Silk Screening equipment.
