Join the members of CFUW Vernon for a presentation by Lisa Aschenbrenner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, at 10:30 AM on April 15th, 2024 at the Schubert Centre. Lisa will be speaking about blood sugar as it affects sleep, inflammation, and heart health. As well, she will look at budgeting when making food choices for wellness.
