Sam from “Give Them Brie” in West Kelowna hosts a guided class inside the Lightning Rock winery cellar, where guests will learn techniques to build a dynamic and impressive charcuterie board. Tickets include a glass of wine, two-hour guided workshop, after-class social, take home treats and discounted wine purchases. Gluten-free friendly. Vegan not available.
