It has been such a boon to all of us to be able to get back to singing together again, and the return of the Choral Rhapsody performance marks a wonderful milestone in getting some normalcy back into our lives,” said Ryan Noakes, Cantabile Singers of Kamloops’ Music Director. “Choral Rhapsody has always been a fantastic event for everyone in Kamloops singing in a choir. It’s a perfect opportunity for us to share the music we’ve been working on with each other, as well as the community at large.”
Seven local choirs and one out-of-town choir will be presenting a delightful selection of Christmas carols with singalongs between sets for audience participation. The choirs in attendance will be:
Ashcroft Sage Sound Singers
Cantabile Singers
Desert Sounds A Cappella +
Jeweltones
Kamloops Choristers
Kamloops Men’s Chorus
Kamloops Pride Choir
Valley Harmony
In addition to the choirs, handbell choir Bells of Note will welcome the audience with a selection of music in the lobby prior to start of the concert.
For more information about the event, please call 250-828-3611.
