The seasons are changing and with that, it is time to get those winter coats out. That means The Salvation Army Kamloops is kicking off their Coats for Folks Program. Once again we are reaching out to our community for donations of cleaned/gently used winter winter coats for men, women, and children.Whether you have several coats, you are getting a new style, or they no longer fit just right, someone can use that coat. All winter coats can be dropped off at 344 Poplar Street from October 15th – 18th & 21st – 25th from 9 am to 4 pm. The Salvation Army Kamloops will work with partners in Kamloops to distribute them to those who need a warm winter coat.For more information contact, Major Tracy Goyak at 250-554-1611.
