Comedy for a Cause for KYSA presented by Norson Construction

Comedy for a Cause brings a fantastic night of stand-up to Dakoda’s Comedy Lounge in support of the Kelowna Youth Soccer Association. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Norson Construction, 100% of ticket sales will go directly toward the cause.
Hosting the show is Travis Arthur, a Canadian raised in America who now lives among the Brits. A single dad navigating aging, parenting and life on the other side of the Atlantic, Travis won the Hot Water Comedy Club Gong Show in Liverpool and has appeared in Yuk Yuk’s Rising Stars. He is also a winner of the Rose Show Netherlands and the creator and producer of the Rose Show Canada.
The show features Kelowna Comedy founder Dave Kopp, a Comedy Bloodsport Champion who has performed at Just for Laughs Northwest and appeared on CBC Radio and Shaw TV. Dave has spent more than a decade producing comedy shows throughout British Columbia while developing his own unpredictable and unmistakably personal style of stand-up.
Travis and Dave will be joined by a lineup of other talented comedians, making this a full evening of comedy for an excellent local cause.
