Core Connections

<p>A group for youth grades seven to nine who identify as female, designed to help teenagers balance acceptance of themselves and others. Teens will learn skills on how to build positive relationships with both peers and parents. We will also learn about safety surrounding substance use and protecting yourself on social media. Teens will explore skills on how to navigate body image and self-confidence and will participate in discussions around sexual health, including the importance of consent and respect. <br /> This is a free group however participants must pre-register. <br /> This group runs in person Jan 18-Feb 8, 2024. Thursdays from 3:30-5:00pm <br /> Register today as space is limited!</p>
