<p>Saturday evening is the highlight of the Cowboy Festival with authentic cowboy poetry and music. Ken Mather, Jocelyn Winterburn, Butch Falk and Gordie West take to the stage for a evening of poetry and song, complete with homemade desserts, and a cash bar service. (And look for special appearances from some of our most beloved Role Play Artists!) The evening will continue with a dance, a floor show, and an opportunity to learn square and line dancing.
