Down the road from Woodstock in the early 1970s, a revolution blossomed in a ramshackle summer camp for disabled teenagers, transforming their young lives and igniting a landmark movement. Celebrate Community Inclusion Month with the Speak Up Self-Advocacy Awareness (SUSA) Society’s Film Festival, showcasing powerful stories that highlight the voices and stories of people with diverse abilities. The SUSA Society is dedicated to creating opportunities for advocacy and promoting community understanding, awareness, and inclusion in Kamloops.
