Welcome to our three-part series on computer safety basics. Each session is independently written, meaning you can jump in at any time.
This first session will cover the very basics of how you keep your personal information safe while using electronics. This is aimed at folks who don’t feel confident while using their devices. The goal for the first session is giving safe approaches and tools for understanding how to reason about things like passwords, getting technical advice, and managing your machine – enough to allow you to find answers yourself when the need arises.
