Caregiving can be both rewarding and challenging. Designed for those living with someone with serious illness or receiving palliative care at home, this two-Saturday workshop series will help caregiviers learn skills to balance mental and physical health. Pre-registration by March 3rd is needed by calling COHA at 250-763-5511. A minimal $5 fee is needed for each workshop. A light breakfast and lunch is provided.
