However, these elements are disrupted by adverse childhood experiences, trauma, and relationship fractures.We need to heal.Finding Ground uses psycho-therapeutic tools (cognitive behavioural therapy and neuro-linguistic programming), and spiritual practices (art practices and mindfulness) to offer participants insights into the value of their past experiences for greater healing and connection.This program is designed for adults interested in fostering healthy relationships, and managing stress and anxiety.$240 for 8 weeks – bursaries availableSept 7 – October 26
