Fire Season II: Reading Event and Book Release

On Saturday, September 10, from 6:30-8:30 pm, former Caetani House artist-in-residence Liz Toohey-Wiese will return to the Caetani House to launch her new book, Fire Season II. There will be a reception along with the book launch. The book launch and reception will take place in the Caetani gallery. Liz founded Fire Season in 2019 with Amory Abbott to create an artist book that explores how wildfires impact people and communities through visual art and writing. At the book launch, Liz will be reading and discussing work from Fire Season II with Amory and other contributing artists.
