Kacey was diagnosed with (ERMS) Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma at 2.5 years old in July 2019. Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare and aggressive form of cancer. It is treated with multi-drug chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Kacey will receive treatment at the B.C. Children’s Hospital. The 5 year survival rate is approximately 70%.
