He started his Career in Scotiabank and has since then consulted for 3 of the largest banks in Canada with proven track records of delivering enterprise-wide projects leveraging technology. Olusola has lived in 3 continents and has over 15 years work experience cutting across insurance, banking, and IT.He is currently a Senior Technical Project Manager at Loblaws Companies Limited and is a member of the Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance, London Insurance Institute, and sits on the advisory board of AI Forum.Olusola is passionate about building future-ready skills in addition to helping immigrants succeed, and is a mentor for the Toronto Regional Immigrant Employment Council. He will be sharing great nuggets for immigrant success in today’s world.Debbie Oladunjoye is a senior professional with over 22 years experience across a variety of information technology ecosystems. Originally starting her career in Banking, she moved to the UK where she worked as a Business Analyst for Mercer HR Services.Debbie Moved to Canada 13 years ago and has Managed IT audit services, analysis and support at Omers, as well as consulted for Manulife. In her current role as an independent consultant for RBC, she has delivered value across several projects where she consulted as Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master.Debbie is passionate about helping newcomers flourish and will be sharing her perspective on strategies to avoid classical pitfalls immigrants make.Chinedu Nwoke is a highly passionate and results-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager with Treehouse Foods Inc.
