Discover your voice.Warm up the body through yoga asana (postures) to better connect you to your instrument and ground you in the present moment.Explore the warm-ups and vocal techniques of Iris MacGregor Bannerman in order to strengthen, stretch and expand your own personal breathing and speaking capacities by playing with YOUR optimum pitch; creating a fuller sounding tone with resonance and power.Develop deep breath awareness and supported, safe, emotional breathing.
