FOODSAFE: Kelowna

Safely learn about FOODSAFE Level 1 from a qualified, fun, experienced instructor! Plus, get a temporary FOODSAFE certificate before your Interior Health issued certificate (full and wallet size) arrives in the mail.
WHEN: 9:00am to 5:00pm at The Kelowna & District Safety Council (395 Hartman Rd, Kelowna).

FEE: $90.00 incl. gst payable at start of class (cash, cheque or E-transfer).
BRING: pen, highlighter and bag lunch (no fridge). Recommend bringing water/coffee too
Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks.
FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The multiple-choice exams are marked the same day. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 8 weeks of successful completion of the course. Passing grade is 70% and you can receive an interim certificate when you pass. My courses have extremely high passing rates; however, if a re-write is necessary it is free.
LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Student workbooks are available in Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic. Tests are available in: Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic (if needed, please notify instructor in advance). The course is presented in very clear, understandable English.
