This Friday Mar. 6 from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Rec CentreAdults and adults with children welcome!BYOB and snacksActivities will include:Walking aerobics video without soundWalking aerobics in the poolWater exercise videos will be playing without soundMusic and danceGames provided or bring your own gamesWhaaat??? This is just crazy!! Well, that’s why it’s called ‘Freaky Friday’!Bring your own beverage but please note: only water is permitted when using the gym.Regular Holiday Park Resort rules still apply, including no glass near the pool or hot tub, no children under 12 are permitted in the gym, no unaccompanied minors, etc. For full rules & regulations, inquire at the front desk.
