Open level class with options to suit every body.Winter Session is filling up fast, for those of you unsure of what AOS Kelowna is about or curious as to the songs in the next themed performance here’s your chance to get a sneak peek before signing up! Join Jo Jo as she guides you through a cardio/stretch and strengthen warm up, with some across the floor struts [because Sass Class] finishing with choreography to a track that will can be found in our next show!!18+ No experience necessary, Heels not mandatory. Bring a water bottle. Wear whatever you feel best dancing in and come play with us! What better way to get over those winter blues and stay warm :)
