Kick-off the festive holiday season with the new Frostival event presented by the Downtown Vernon Association. Buildings and the streets of the 4 block event on 30th Avenue will be lit from The Kal to Scattered Goods. This is a free event for all ages and free parking is available all day. Shop local and check items off your Christmas list.
