??Maggie ??Aynsley is a Power Yoga teacher from Power Yoga Canada in Oakville and a Lululemon Ambassador. In her words; ‘ ?Second year university is when I found myself flowing on my mat for the first time. At that point in my life it was a way for me to detox, get some physical activity and replace my former dancing years. I soon learned that hitting my mat was so much more than a physical practice. Yoga quickly became a part of my overall well being. My daily practice continues to teach me patience, presence and strength.
